Bitdefender Antivirus — $3.00/device/mo. Managed antivirus on covered Windows and Mac devices.
Bitdefender with Web Filter — $4.00/device/mo (setup $15.00 per device when first added). Adds website filtering and stronger threat detection.
We recommend antivirus on every desktop and server you cover. Link

More information — TatesPC-Ai Ticketing System
No — you handle day-to-day support and contact us when needed.
Yes — $50.00/month for the organization (not per device). In-house AI on Tates PC's private network, guided by 200+ runbooks from two years of client tickets. First 75 tickets/month are included. Human work on those first 75 does not cancel AI inclusion.
After 75 tickets, TatesPC-Ai resolutions without a human are $3.00/ticket. If a human is involved after the first 75, that AI fee is waived and only human time is billed.
Human time always bills when a human is involved: $125.00/hr (1 hour minimum) weekdays 9am–4pm Pacific; $250.00/hr outside that window; 4-hour minimum on weekends.
Customers subscribed before 2024: the $50.00/month fee is included for at least two years. Extra boards, overage, and human hourly still apply. See the licensing agreement. Link

More information — Backup options
TMF Backup — about $6.50/mo per workstation and $44.00/mo per server (setup $25.00 once per order when any seats are selected). Scheduled file backup with restore when something is deleted or damaged.
Tates PC Immutable Backup & Disaster Recovery — about $25.00/mo per desktop and $150.00/mo per server, plus per-seat setup. Full-machine backup with cloud recovery when a PC or server cannot wait for a rebuild. Recovery VM use is billed only when launched ($250.00 startup + $15.00/hr). More on the backup page. Yearly commitment applies — see the licensing agreement.

More information — Network Security Penetration Testing
$4.00/device/mo, billed yearly. Scope is Desktops + Servers + Network devices, plus any unmanaged devices you add (those are not Ai PC Fix monitored seats). Minimum 5 devices in scope.
We email pentest reports with vulnerabilities and fix actions on the interval you choose (monthly, quarterly, or every 6 months), billed yearly with testing at $105.00 per report. Executive Report Only is one yearly summary of vulnerability and device counts, without detailed fix steps, billed as one report. The fee covers the report only; remediation by Tates PC is separate if you request it.
A small on-site testing device is included (setup $1,000.00); replacements are billed if needed. Testing runs continuously and reports what an attacker could reach so you can close gaps. Yearly commitment and scope rules are in the licensing agreement. Link

More information — Ticket boards
This field appears only when TatesPC-Ai Ticketing System is Yes. Minimum 1 (included). Extra boards are $25.00/board/mo and are required if you want AI on only some responses (separate queues for departments, locations, or brands). Extra boards do not require a technician seat. Do not send medical or other highly sensitive data by ordinary email — use the secure links your technician sends. Link

Dashboard — view health and status for covered computers at the Ai PC Fix Dashboard.
Remote access — connect to covered Windows and Mac devices when you need hands-on help (sign-in protection required).
TatesPC-Ai Ticketing System requires Dashboard & reporting (tickets live in the Ai PC Fix Dashboard). Remote access stays optional. Technician and Power User accounts need both options on. Accounts with any server need the dashboard. Link
